It is better with us than against us... (Gender roles)

There is a book called: " Men are from Mars and women are from Venus" that talks about the differences between male and female. It is a very good book, because it remainds us that every gender have differents postures and points of view about differents subjects.

In the past the world considered that women was created in order to proceate, so women used to stay at home and take care about children education.
They did not used to express any kind of feeling or idea because study was only for men so the world was on their hands.

This happened because in that time the role of Religion was fundamental in human lifes and it controlled everything.

Now this has change because women has fought in differents ways and areas in order to create a space in society.
First they started with the education area, because they proove that they were able to think and learn, so little by little they started to take important places. A very good example of this is that nurses were fundamental in war because they take care and safe soldiers life.

With this kind of situations men saw the importance of women participitacion, obviusly there are a lot of exceptions around the world because it depend of the culture that you have.
Actually , in the occidental culture, it is not weird to see a woman as a boss in an important company or as a president.

So men have to assume that if we want to create a better world it is better with us than against us...
